Manage Payment Methods

Note

Manage Payment Methods link will be hidden if the user is logged in as System Admin.

The Management Payment Methods page can be accessed by selecting Manage Payment Methods from the Vault menu on the navbar or by saving a payment method from the Payment Confirmation page.

By default the page looks as follows:

The page contains the following elements:

  1. A Hide Filters link that will hide the available page filters
  2. From Date and To Date filters to select the payment methods
  3. Payment Method — filter dropdown to select Payment Method
  4. First 8 Digits Card/Account #(s) — Field to enter the first 8 digits fo Card number and filter the page.
  5. Last 4 Digit Card/Account#(s) — Filter drop-down to enter last 4 digits of card number(s)
  6. BIN Issuing Country — Drop-down with the list of Country names to filter the page by BIN Issuing Country of the cards.
  7. Membership Number — Field to enter a membership number and filter the records by Membership Number.
  8. Reset button to reset the filter to its default value
  9. Filter button to filter the on-page data based on the selected filter value
  10. A dropdown to change the number of rows displayed in the table
  11. A dynamic search box that will show rows matching the user-entered criteria
  12. Table containing all payment methods saved by all users
  13. Payment Method Name — A link that will take the user to the Edit Payment Method page for the selected payment method
  14. Action — Drop-down with a link of Delete option that will delete the selected payment method
  15. A pager to go between pages in case there are more rows than what will fit on the page
  16. Add — button that will take the user to the Add Payment Method page when clicked.

Note

Manage Payment Methods link in the menu will be hidden if the Payment Tokenization is disabled at the merchant level.
Depending upon the Merchant's configuration settings, there may be additional columns/fields/filters.

If the Customer Summary is enabled at the merchant level, the page looks as follows:

Delete Payment Method

The Payment methods can be deleted using the Action drop-down.

Clicking upon the Delte button, the Delete Payment Method popup displays as follows with Cancel and Confirm buttons.

Clicking upon the Cancel button, the deletion process is terminated and the user is returned to the Manage Payment Methods page. Clicking upon the Confirm button, the payment method gets deleted and a success message displays as follows:
