My Account

The page can be accessed by clicking upon the My Account link on the Preferences menu.

My Account screen allows a user to update his Username, name, language, address, and contact information. Some information, such as the Organization Name, cannot be edited.

My Account

  1. Personal Information — Section which includes the user's personal details as follows:
    • Username — Field auto-populated with the username.
    • Given/First Name, Middle Initial, Surname/Last Name of the user with Prefix and Suffix dropdowns
    • Gender — Drop-down to select the gender of the user as listed on the Photo ID.
    • Job Title/Occupation — Field to enter the Job Title of the User
    • Department — Field to enter the department which the user belongs
  2. Preferences — Section which has the information related to the Preferences of the user
    • Preferred Language — Dropdown to select a preferred language, when the user logins into the application, the selected language on this field will be the default language that is rendered by the application.
    • Preferred Currency — Dropdown to select a preferred currency.
    • Default Payment Action — Radio buttons of Pre-Authorization and Sale to select, depending on which the payments made by the user are processed
    • Default Transaction Category — Radio buttons of Card Present Card Not Present to select from, displays as default setting of the user
  3. Demographic Information — section to enter
    • Address Fields of the User
    • Phone Number, Fax Number and Mobile Number fields with the country code drop-down to select for the user. The user can select the radio button for the Mobile Number, the way they want to receive the text messages. Email field with User's email address.
  4. Security — Section which includes the user's security information:

    • First Login Date & Time and Last Login Date & Time — Fields with the First and Login date & times of the user
  5. Reset and Save buttons

Clicking the Reset button will clear all user-entered data and restore the default user information.

After modifying/updating the user information, clicking upon the Save button the verify Your Identity popup opens and the user is asked to enter the One-time passcode thay has been sent to the user's Email and a Text message which is part of multi-factor authentication. The popup contains the following elements:

Edit Profile success

  1. One-time Passcode — Field to enter the one-time passcode.
  2. Close — button to cancel the update process and close the popup.
  3. Submit — button which gets enabled after the one-time passcode field is filled with valid value and clicking upon which the changes are saved for the account.

If the entered passcode is invalid or expired, an error message is displayed as below:

If the user does not have an email or mobile number registered with the application, a message displays in the popup saying that the action cannot be performed.
