Sales Order Summary¶
Sales Order Summary page can be accessed by selecting the Sales Order Summary link under the Manage Invoices tab in main menu.
This page allows the users to view all the available Sales Orders and perform various functions related to them.
The default page of the Sales Order Summary looks as follows:
When clicked on Show Filters link the available page filters displays and
The page contains the following elements:
- A Hide/Show Filters link that will hide or show the available page filters
- Customer — Filter drop-down to select from the available Customers
- Customer Number(s) — Field to enter the Customer number as a search criteria
- From Date —Filter field to select the date range of the Sales Order
- To Date — Filter to select the TO Date range of the Sales Order
- Sales Order Number — Field to search by the Sales Order Number
- Purchase Order Number — Field to search by the Purchase Order Number
- From Amount — Field to search by the amount range
- To Amount — Field to search by the amount range
- Status — Filter drop-down to select the Sales Order Status, ex: Credited, Paid, Paid Offline, Unpaid, Voided etc.
- Customer Type — Filter to select the Sales Order Type (ex: PrePay or PreAuth)
- Reset button to reset the filters to its default values
- Filter button to filter the on-page data based on the selected filter values
- A dropdown to change the number of rows displayed in the table
- A dynamic search box that will show rows matching the user-entered criteria
- Table containing the information of the Sales Orders with the following details:
- S No. — The sequence number of the payment in the table
- Customer Number — Number of the customer
- Customer Name — Name of the Customer
- Sales Order Number — Sales Order Number of the Customer
- Purchase Order Number — Purchase Order Number of the Sales Order
- Sales Order Date — Date when the Sales Order has been created
- Sales Order Amount — Amount of the Sales Order
- Status — Status of the Sales Order (credited, paid, paid offline, Unpaid, voided, Partiall paid etc.)
- Action — dropdown to perform various functions related to Sales Orders
- Paid Amount — Paid amount for the Sales Order
- Amount Due — Due amount of the Sales Order
- Terms — Terms made to pay the Sales Order
Once the Customer Number is entered, the page will be filtered and the Sales Orders related to that customer will display.
PrePay¶
Clicking upon the Action drop-down, the following options can be seen.

Pay
Clicking upon Pay link in the Action drop-down, the user is taken to the Make A Payment page. The Make A Payment page looks very similar to the original Make A Payment page with the exception that the Sales Order Number and Amount fields are pre-filled and it looks as follows:
The Merchant Admin role user can pay the Sales Order for the Customer user through this page by filling out all the required information.
Clicking on Cancel button will take the user back to the Sales Order Summary page.
Send Payment Link Via Email
Clicking upon Send Payment Link Via Email link in the Action drop-down, popup opens and contains the following elements:
- Subject — Field with the email subject being auto-populated, the user can edit the subject if needed.
- Recipient's Email — Field to enter the email address to which the invoice details have to be sent.
- Re-enter Recipient's Email — Field to re-enter the email address.
- Close — Button to close the popup.
- Send — Button which gets enabled after all the required fields are filled and clicking upon which the email will be sent to the user.
Send Payment Link Via SMS
Clicking upon Send Payment Link Via SMS link in the Action drop-down, popup opens and contains the following elements:
- Recipient's Mobile Number — Field to enter the mobile number to which the invoice details have to be sent.
- Re-enter Recipient's Mobile Number — Field to re-enter the mobile number.
- Close — Button to close the popup.
- Send — Button which gets enabled after all the required fields are filled and clicking upon which the text message will be sent to the user.
PreAuth¶
When the Customer Type is selected as PreAuth, the page looks as follows:
